These Terms set out the conditions for using the website navernyborshchu.com and the Naverny Borshchu mobile app. By using the service you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them and agree to them.

1. The Naverny Borshchu service (the “Service”) is a cultural and informational platform for finding, rating and promoting borshch as part of Ukraine's culinary heritage.
2. The Service can be used through the website navernyborshchu.com and/or the mobile app.
3. The Service is owned and administered by the Naverny Borshchu team.

2. Registration and use

1. You may use the Service without registering, but some features require an account.
2. You undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
3. You are responsible for keeping your login and password confidential.

3. User rights and obligations

A user has the right to:

• use the features of the Service in line with these Terms;
• leave comments, ratings and photos relevant to the platform;
• contact the administrators with suggestions or complaints.

A user undertakes to:

• not publish offensive or unlawful content;
• not use the Service for spam or fraud;
• comply with the applicable law of Ukraine.

4. Rights of the administrators

The administrators have the right to:
